Why Do Hamsters Always Crawl Low to the Ground? 🤔
March 11,2025
Have you ever noticed that some hamsters always crawl close to the ground when they’re out exploring? They’re not being lazy—it’s actually a sign that they’re on high alert! ⚠️
🚨 A Sign of Fear and Caution
When hamsters feel unfamiliar with their surroundings or sense potential danger, they will stay as low as possible to avoid attracting attention. If they hear even the slightest noise, they’ll sprint away at full speed to their safe spot! 🤣
What’s even funnier is that some hamsters do this even at home, where they should feel safe! Just like forgetful Peipei, who always crawls low even though they live there every day—such a cautious little one! 😂
